Ever paid for coffee you didn’t particularly want, so you could claim space in a coffee shop to work with your group? Or worse, have you ever gone to the library before the crack of dawn in the hope of finding a pod? Well, fret no longer!

We’re pleased to announce that in partnership with EUSA we are now offering Space for Start-ups: free, shared meeting space for entrepreneurs in both Central Area (Pleasance) and King’s Buildings. You may want to…

  • Meet with co-founders
  • Practise pitching with peers
  • Work on funding applications or competition entries with your team
  • Get your 3 Day Startup group together to take your business idea forward

If shared meeting space could help you launch and grow your business, no matter what stage your idea is at, you are welcome to book Space for Start-ups.

Availability: Availability in Pleasance is from Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 5pm, and availability in King’s Buildings is limited to 12pm-5pm on Wednesdays. Please give at least 48 hours notice.

How to book: If you’d like to book or enquire, please email enquiries@launch.ed.ac.uk with the following information:

  • Whether you would like meeting space in Pleasance or King’s Buildings
  • What date(s) and time(s) you would like
